Mixes with almost everything and just ups the mutherf*cking ante. “Counter Attack” is pure retaliation…all stripped-down, aggressive hardcore, stompy DnB, built on crushing low-end, serrated breaks, and relentless forward motion. Rawbreaker keeps it raw and hostile, engineered for sweat-soaked basements with diseased dolls hanging from the ceiling. This is functional violence in audio form: underground, uncompromising, and made to hit back harder.

Rawbreaker & Offish bring this slice of dark ‘n delicious homage to the old school with a bit of dirty, bouncy fun! Perhaps slightly outside the usual Therapy Sessions remit, but then not at all. We are (or try to be) eclectic and encompass many spectrums of authentic, harder, darker, deeper, drum and bass/bass music – and this is a perfect example, complementing the A side like a champ! “Crash And Burn” is all oscilating, dark funk basslines, yummy rolling drums and stabby stabs, all with an overarching, evil atmospheric vibe. Offish, whose own label has been bringing fire as of late (definitely check it out if you haven’t), collabs on this one to serve a slightly off-kilter Therapy Sessions future classic.
